BAY LAKE, Fla. – Walt Disney World has announced the dates for its flagship culinary event.
The 2024 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival presented by CORKCICLE takes place daily from Aug. 29 through Nov. 23, which marks the first time the festival will get an August start date since before the pandemic. The last four festival years have all started in July.

The event allows guests to stroll and sample delicious food and drinks, see live entertainment, experience family events and purchase all-new specialty merchandise.
While the full menu has not been revealed, Disney said foodie fans can look forward to many mouthwatering returning favorites, like the apple strudel with vanilla sauce in Germany or the passionfruit cheesecake with toasted macadamia nuts at the Hawai’i Marketplace.

This year also marks the return of a special cheese crawl, Emile’s Fromage Montage. Purchase any five cheese dishes from the official Global Marketplaces list in the Festival Passport and get a stamp for each item. Once all five stamps are collected, guests can bring their passports to the specified location for a specialty unique item.
Everyone’s favorite purple dragon will also be cooking up some fun this fall. Disney also gave a sneak peek at some of the 2024 Food & Wine Festival merchandise, including drinkware from CORKCICLE.
During the evening hours, guests can grab a seat at America Gardens Theater for the Eat to the Beat Concert Series presented by Florida Blue. Details on the concert lineup will be revealed at a later date as well as details on dining packages.
Guests attending the festival can also check out CommuniCore Hall & Plaza, set to open June 10.
