In a release, deputies said the SUV was stolen around 1:30 p.m. from the Hilton Garden Inn Orlando near SeaWorld, which is located at 6850 Westwood Blvd.
The missing dog — named Thor — was inside the SUV as it drove away, the release shows.
Deputies later said that Thor was found walking around an apartment complex near where the vehicle was stolen.
