A Florida portable toilet company is suing one of its customers who owes thousands of dollars, according to court documents filed on Wednesday.
The lawsuit said that the company — “Doodie Calls” — contracted with D32 Invest and D32 Builder to provide portable restrooms throughout 2022 and 2023.

However, Doodie Calls sought legal action against the D32 companies in 2023, accusing them of contract violations, the lawsuit adds.
According to court records, Doodie Calls settled with the companies later that year under the agreement that the D32 companies would pay Doodie Calls over $34,000.

The full amount was set to be divided into 10 equal monthly payments starting in January 2024.
However, Doodie Calls claims the D32 companies have failed to make any of their payments.
As a result, Doodie Calls is seeking the full unpaid balance from the D32 companies, along with over $24,000 in monetary damages, the lawsuit shows.
