ORLANDO, Fla. – An Orange County deputy is facing grand theft charges over claims that he falsified his time sheets to the sheriff’s office.
Sgt. Jeffrey Bogen was arrested on Thursday in connection with a criminal investigation for Grand Theft ($10,000 or more).

The sheriff’s office says Bogen, who was hired in 2001, was relieved of duty without pay while the case is underway.
