MARION COUNTY, Fla. – Adult film actress Stormy Daniels, whose courtroom testimony about hush money payments over an alleged affair with Donald Trump led to the former president’s conviction on 34 felony charges, has not yet commented on the historic verdict.
Daniels’ husband, Barrett Blade, told CNN the couple was filming a movie when they learned about the jury’s decision.
“I think she’s still processing,” Blade said.
Less than two hours after the verdict was announced, News 6 captured video of a man who resembled Blade drive up to Daniels’ home in Marion County, Florida, with an unidentified blonde woman sitting in the passenger seat.
The man later told News 6 that Daniels had pre-arranged interviews with other news outlets.
“I know for sure she’s not coming out for anything until after UK gets the exclusive,” he said. “Then it goes to CNN after that. Then she may talk to people.”
Daniels and Blade moved to a rural part of Marion County less than two years ago. News 6 is not identifying the specific area due to Daniels expressing concerns about her safety.
“Her life is threatened,” the man who resembled Daniels’ husband told News 6. “I trust nobody.”
