‘Tunes and the tide:’ Heavy metal cruise to set sail from Miami

MIAMI, Fla. – The promoter for the Monsters of Rock Cruise announced the dates and lineup for the 2025 annual cruise on Tuesday.

The Monsters of Rock Cruise is an immersive music festival for hard rock and heavy metal fans on the water. It includes performances from over 35 different artists over the five-day period, along with special events with “the world’s best rock community,” according to the cruise’s promoter.

The cruise will host themed nights, photo opportunities and interactive events with the featured artists for fans to enjoy. This year’s current lineup includes artists like Tesla, Michael Schenker, Krokus, Extreme and many more. The official cruise host will be radio personality Eddie Trunk, with a variety of other co-hosts.

The cruise departs from Miami on the Norwegian Joy, one of Norwegian Cruise Line’s premier ships. The one-of-a-kind charter’s journey will be March 10-15, making stops at Great Stirrup Cay and Nassau along the way. Cabins aboard the ship are on sale on the cruise’s website.
