Woman-owned brewery to open Winery and Tasting Room in Orlando’s tourist district

It joins the more than 20 restaurant and bars at ICON Park

Two percent of the breweries in the country are fully woman-owned, according to the Brewers Association, and Central Florida based Brewlando is one of them.

Shara Pathak started Brewlando in 2022 and has grown rapidly, even having its ‘Jernigan Hazy IPA’ on tap inside theme parks.

Her and her team are continuing to tap into the tourism market here by opening its newest outpost, The Winery and Tasting Room by Brewlando at ICON Park.

Set to open this summer, it will join the more than 20 restaurants and bars at ICON Park, per a news release.

“At Brewlando, our mission has always been to create unforgettable experiences through our craft beverages, and The Winery & Tasting Room is a natural extension of that philosophy,” Pathak said in a prepared statement. “Our team is working tirelessly to ensure that every detail — from the inviting décor to the rich tapestry of flavors in our offerings — embodies our commitment to excellence.”

The eatery will feature a selection of over 50 wines and canned cocktails, cider made onsite, exclusive Brewlando craft beers and charcuterie boards, per a news release.

It will also offer inside and outside seating and space available to rent for private events.
