DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – James Beard-nominated Concentrics Restaurants group is bringing a new eatery to the Central Florida market.
Cast & Crew is set to open in September in the new Renaissance Daytona Beach Oceanfront Hotel located at 640 North Atlantic Ave.

The restaurant will bring over 100 jobs to the area, as the team will also run all the hotel’s food and beverage needs, such as banquets operations, a spokesperson for the restaurant group said.

“The variety of offerings for guests ranging from full-service cabanas to event lawns that can host upwards of 200+ is unparalleled in the market. The idea is for this to be a Southeastern destination restaurant and event offering for decades to come,” Bob Amick, owner of Concentrics Restaurants said in a news release.
Meanwhile, Cast & Crew’s menu has not been revealed, but it will serve upscale seafood calling it “tide-to-table.”
“We’re striving for seafood dishes that highlight the quality of the product. It is not about all the different things we do to the fish - it starts with the quality of fish,” spokesperson for Concentrics Restaurants said in a prepared statement.
Cast & Crew will have both indoor and outdoor seating. It will have a chef’s table, oyster bar and of course seating with a pool and ocean view. It will serve dinner daily, weekday breakfast and weekend brunch as well, per a news release.
Meanwhile, this is the restaurant group’s ninth eatery in the state, per the brand’s website. The Atlanta based group has brought award-winning eateries to Central Florida such as Prato and Luma on the Park in Winter Park.
