ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – A woman was shot early Wednesday in Orange County, according to the sheriff’s office.
Deputies responded around 2:50 a.m. to a shooting reported out of the 300 block of Pearlwood Street, locating a woman in her 30s who had been shot, the sheriff’s office said in a statement.
The woman was hospitalized for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries, the statement reads.
An investigation is ongoing, the sheriff’s office said.
