ORLANDO, Fla. – A small plane landed in a canal Friday at Orlando Executive Airport, officials said.
According to airport officials, a Cessna 172 experienced difficulty in landing around 3 p.m. and ended off the runway.

The aircraft, which belongs to a local flight school, landed in a canal on airport property, and the two people on board exited the plane safely.
No one was injured.
