It was once a luxurious destination, renowned for its elegant dining, live entertainment, and the rare amenity of private bathrooms in every room.

Overlooking Lake Maitland, today, the historic building has been converted into residential condos, preserving its rich history while offering a modern living experience.

Winter Park and surrounding areas are home to many historic buildings and homes, like the former residence of Thomas Edison’s younger son. Whereas many of these structures are not open to the public, once in awhile we do get a glimpse inside.
