Before games, it’s become somewhat of a tradition at the Little League World Series to slide down the hill overlooking the field at Lamade Stadium, and Warmoth joined in on the fun each game Lake Mary played – except the game that they lost.

Lake Mary All-Star outfielder and pitcher Jacob Bibaud told News 6 that his pre-game ritual is that he likes to “put my cleats on 5 minutes like 5 minutes away. It’s just good luck every time.”

An article by Bleacher Report shares some of baseball’s “50 Weirdest All-Time Superstitions.”

It includes players wearing two different socks, a player wearing the same cap every time he pitched, prolonged routine when stepping into the batter’s box, covering a batting helmet in pine tar and Joe DiMaggio, who ran from the dugout to his spot in center field, making sure to touch second base along the way.
