ORLANDO, Fla. – Floridians who evacuated due to Hurricane Helene will be able to stay at Rosen Hotels & Resorts at a discounted rate.
Rosen Hotels & Resorts activated distress rates Tuesday for residents in 61 counties covered by Gov. Ron DeSantis’ state of emergency that was issued this week.

“This initiative provides evacuees with a safe and affordable place to stay as they ride out the storm. Rosen Hotels & Resorts remains committed to the safety and well-being of all Floridians, prioritizing people over profits in times of need. If and when the list of counties expands, the same rates will be extended to residents in those counties,” a release said.
Distress rates are as follows per property:
$69/night (not including taxes)
- Rosen Inn International
- Rosen Inn Closest to Universal
- Rosen Inn Pointe Orlando
- Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vista
$99/night (not including taxes)
- Rosen Plaza
$119/night (not including taxes)
- Rosen Centre
$139/night (not including taxes)
- Rosen Shingle Creek
