WINTER PARK, Fla. – Residents in the area of State Road 436 and Aloma Avenue have raised concerns over ongoing traffic issues, specifically pointing out drivers not following basic traffic rules.
Residents have reached out to me, urging a visit to this problematic intersection. One of the most frequent complaints involves drivers making illegal U-turns, creating a dangerous situation for other vehicles and pedestrians.
Despite clear signage and traffic signals, many drivers continue to make these unlawful maneuvers, causing confusion and close calls.
Residents believe stronger enforcement or improved road design may be necessary to address the issue.
