Brevard County
Downtown Melbourne Trick-or-Treat
When: 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., Oct. 26
Where: 820 E. New Haven Ave., Melbourne
What: Families are invited to dress up in costumes and trick-or-treat from business to business in Downtown Melbourne. Participating businesses will have a “Treat Stop” poster at their door.
Lake County
When: 6 p.m. to 12 a.m., Oct. 25
Where: 805 Oakley Seaver Drive, Clermont
What: Enjoy a night of golf cart trunk-or-treating, a cash prize costume contest, cocktails, live music, a DJ and more.
40th Annual Mount Dora Craft Fair
When: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Oct. 26-27
Where: 700 N. Baker St., Mount Dora
What: Immerse yourself in the creations of local artists, live music, wine tasting and festival food.
Orange County
When: 6-8 p.m., Oct. 25
Where: 1400 Gaston Foster Road, Orlando
What: Trick-or-treat indoors with the luxury of air conditioning, play games, listen to music and explore vendors and food trucks at the Dover Shores Community Center.
When: 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., Oct. 26
Where: 10 S. Forest Ave., Apopka
What: Kids 12 and under can trick-or-treat around the park at vendor booths, get their face painted, enter a costume contest and play in a bounce house.
When: 12-4 p.m., Oct. 26
Where: 4863 N. Goldenrod Road, Winter Park
What: Celebrate Halloween with Orange County Commissioner Emily Bonilla. The thrilling event will feature a haunted house sponsored by Disney, food trucks, treats, a DJ, games and many Instagram-worthy selfie stations.

Where: 400 S. Orange Ave., Orlando
What: Watch “Hocus Pocus” in the park and enjoy games, a DJ, a craft station, a dog costume contest and trick-or-treating. The festivities begin at 4 p.m. and the movie will start at 7:30 p.m.
The Night Market with Zombietoberfest
When: 5-10 p.m., Oct. 26
Where: 3201 Corrine Drive #216, Orlando
What: Shop til you drop undead at Audubon Park Garden Districts’ Zombietoberfest. The event will feature a makers market, crafts for kids, live music, costume contests and a showing of “Gremlins” at 8:30 p.m.

What: Win prizes in carnival games, enter your furry friend in a pet costume contest and enjoy music, a balloon artist, food and more at Independence Square in Maitland.

Promenade 5th Annual “Trunk or Treat” and Car Show

What: Show off your best costume and your car’s best costume with trunk-or-treating and a car show. The top three Halloween themed cars will receive trophies.
Seminole County
AnimeWeen: Halloween & Anime Invasion
When: 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., Oct. 26
Where: 1700 Oviedo Mall Blvd., Oviedo
What: Cosplay your favorite anime character, compete in a lip sync battle, play games and shop at local vendors. Winners of the cosplay contest can win a cash prize.

What: Instantly transport yourself from Florida to Germany with German food, beer, dancing, live music, a traditional flag parade and a full service bar. Tickets cost $5. Children under 11 enter for free.
