Find Central Florida’s state senators and representatives

ORLANDO, Fla. – Florida’s roster of state representatives and senators is set and lawmakers have already begun to file bills for the 2025 legislative session in March.

Like U.S. congressmen, everyone is assigned a Florida representative and senator based on where they live.

Lawmakers do more than pass bills and budgets. They also help deal with issues a constituent (that’s you) may be having with government agencies, answer questions, write school recommendations, attend events or speak in public, and more.

If you need help, you should be able to get it from your lawmakers.

To find out who represents you in the Florida Legislature, the Florida House website has a search tool. It shows you your federal and state lawmakers based on just your address. It also provides their contact information.

Many Florida lawmakers are also active on social media.
