ORLANDO, Fla. – A pre-trial hearing was rescheduled during a court hearing Tuesday for former Orlando City Commissioner Regina Hill, who is accused of exploiting a 96-year-old constituent out of more than $100,000 and using the woman’s identity to help secure a $428,000 mortgage for a home in Orlando.

A judge rescheduled her pre-trial hearing to April 29 after her attorney said they needed another four to five weeks for depositions.
