GENEVA, Fla. – A house fire in Geneva left at least 10 dogs dead and left the home a loss, according to Seminole County officials.
Firefighters were called to the single-family home on Snow Hill Road around 10 a.m. Monday.

Upon arrival, half of the home was engulfed in flames. The fire has since been fully extinguished.
The fire caused a partial roof collapse, leaving the house a complete loss.
At least 10 dogs were found dead inside the home, and four dogs were transported to a shelter for care.
No other injuries were reported. It is not clear what caused the fire.
