ORLANDO, Fla. – Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis spoke Tuesday at two different events in Orlando.
The governor spoke at the Florida Sheriffs Association 2024 Summer Conference at 9 a.m.

According to the association’s website, the conference is “the largest event of the year, providing participants with continuing education opportunities, networking, sharing of best practices, association news, award recognition and important updates in the field of law enforcement.”
Next, DeSantis headed to a news conference at Rosen Shingle Creek with Florida Department of Education Commissioner Manny Diaz Jr.
