CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. – SpaceX early Monday is scheduled to launch the crewed Polaris Dawn mission, a test and developmental program of new spaceflight technology that will usher in a new era of commercial space exploration.
The launch will take place from Kennedy Space Center, so we will have a front-row seat to the launch, which is scheduled for 3:38 a.m.
And we want to see your photos and videos!
The milestone mission will include testing a next-generation spacesuit during the first commercial spacewalk; endeavoring to achieve the highest altitude of any human spaceflight mission since the Apollo program; and testing a new communication system using Starlink.
