Hiya!
Friends, it is I, Brenda (Yes! Me!), and Iām back in your inbox for all the Central Florida happenings!

Iām a changed woman. Iāve seen new places and feel āØ alive āØ. Iām back from SCOTLAND! As my fabulous colleague Sam Dunne, author of the equally fabulous Setting the Stage newsletter, shared with you all last week, I was in fact scaling Scottish castles, pounding gin (can I say that? I canāt believe she said that) and wishing I could play bagpipes, but I did get to see a man play one on the streets of Edinburgh.
Truly a trip I am so thankful to go on and one that became reality after years of just saying I wanted to go š!
While I donāt have gifts for you all, I do have a couple photos to share! The photo above is a view at the top of a hike my friend and I did called The Old Man of Storr. It was so beautiful. Doesnāt it seem like another world? I loved every minute of it, even if we dealt with some rain and crazy wind.
And just another photo to share with you all. This one is the view of Edinburgh from Edinburgh castle (which was SO. COOL).
I just loved being able to see the architecture and the mountains behind! Every minute was well spent.
Anyway, Iām back and ready to give you all what youāre really here for š: happenings.
So letās get into it.
Racing pigs, a Ferris wheel, delicious food, oh my.
The Space Coast State Fair is back in town.
You may be thinking, wasnāt this already here? And the answer is yes, but this fair graces Brevard County with its presence twice a year š”! If Iām going to be honest, I cannot ride any rides at the fair unless I immediately want to be sick. Instead, I like to walk around, eat some GOOD food (it for sure probably isnāt good for you) and just spend time with whoever Iām with.
And if youāre like me, the Space Coast State Fair has a reduced ticket price for those who just want to walk around and donāt care for the rides.
It all starts tomorrow! Click here to check out the attractions and the ticket rates.
