Hi, friends! It’s Brenda, back in your inbox for all the Central Florida Happenings.
I had the best time EVER checking out “Les Misérables” at the Dr. Phillips Center this week! It’s one of my favorites. I actually saw it five years ago at the Dr. Phillips Center, and I still felt this time was like a dream.
The singing, the production and the set designs were so incredible. I felt truly immersed and it was absolutely wonderful.
If you’re like me and have seen it before, trust me. It is worth seeing again. News 6′s Lisa Bell also checked out the show! Click here to see her review on it.
Side note: Setting the Stage newsletter author Brooke Savage sat down with Nick Cartell, who plays lead Jean Valjean, to talk about the show and more. Here’s the interview.
Now onto the big stuff. Here’s what’s happening⤵️

Offering taxidermy classes and potentially haunted antiques, dark art, specimens in jars, spooky apparel, interesting gifts (all of the above?) and more, the Orlando Oddities and Curiosities Market 2024 comes alive this weekend!
There will be over 200 vendors at Osceola Heritage Park for the biggest oddities event in Florida, according to event organizers.
