Hi, friends! It’s Brenda, back in your inbox for all the Central Florida Happenings.
This past weekend I did a little ✨ exploring ✨. I visited Silver Springs with my family for a little day trip, and it was so great.
We went on one of the glass-bottom boat tours and learned about the springs. I had never visited this area before, so it was cool to check it out! Even during some parts of the drive, it didn’t really feel like I was in Florida anymore.
If you’re looking for a little day trip, I definitely recommend!
And speaking of trips/springs, let’s get into what’s happening ⤵️
It’s no shock to anyone here in Florida that it has been insanely hot lately. I just ordered handheld fans to keep stashed in my purse to use whenever I find myself outside just to help keep a little cool 🥵.
What’s great about living here in Florida, however, is the access to natural springs!
We put together a list of springs in the Central Florida area that you can visit to beat the heat. Click here to check it out.
For the first time, Southern Hill Farms is offering a summer extravaganza, Southern Hill Summer!
There will be brand-new water slides, rides to enjoy in the Kids Zone, special brunch menus and seasonal treats.
