In all the times I’ve ridden Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, the one song I haven’t gotten is “September.”
Greetings theme park enthusiasts, it’s Haley.

I mentioned before in conversations how I hoped the Cosmic Rewind playlist would grant me “September” on Sept. 21. Tomorrow, every Disney World guest who rides the EPCOT roller coaster is guaranteed to hear the Earth, Wind & Fire classic that has gotten renewed popularity.
“September” will play on cosmic repeat. On any other day, the song is one of six that plays randomly.
Now that we’ll have a day dedicated to “September,” I need one for “Everybody Wants to Rule the World.”
Fun Spot America
Halloween is HUGE! 🎃
I have the pleasure of adding new park mentions in this week’s newsletter.
Thanks, Halloween!
Every Saturday in October, you can get your Funoween on at Fun Spot America’s Central Florida parks.
The event — which is included in admission — consists of a dance party, trick-or-treat trail, costume contest and a menu full of frightful bites.
For ticket information, click here.
Dinosaur World
Welcome to Jurassic Haunt 🦖
This roadside attraction in Polk County is small but mighty, and its exit from Interstate 4 is well-marked thanks to a giant T-Rex.
Even Dinosaur World is getting in on the Halloween fun this October and when I saw that Jurassic Haunts is happening, I was excited just based on the name.
For $15, guests can roam haunted trails and scare zones plus check out over 200 lifesize dinosaurs in the outdoor museum.
If you’re looking for an affordable Halloween outing with the family, this is a good option.
Busch Gardens Tampa Bay
A kid-friendly adventure 🦜
Busch Gardens Tampa Bay has been busy with project plans.
Come spring 2025, kids can get wild at a new interactive adventure realm. Wild Oasis, will feature a drop tower, a multi-level climbing canopy and an animal habitat for up-close encounters.
It will be located in the Jungala section of the park, which has been closed off for the past five years.
Click here to see the art rending released with the announcement.
SeaWorld Orlando
A new wild Arctic 🧊
When SeaWorld Orlando reopened after a temporary closure in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Wild Arctic’s motion simulator attraction was not included.
There’s been chatter that the park had something in mind for that area, and we now know it’ll be a fly-over experience. SeaWorld’s description in a news release read “soar over icy landscapes, dive beneath frozen waters and come face-to-face with some of the planet’s most magnificent creatures.”
So Soarin’ but strictly Arctic?
Click here to see when the “first-of-its-kind Arctic flying theater” will open.
Gatorland
Clip on in 🐊
It’s very unlikely Gatorland’s Screamin’ Gator Zip Line will go unnoticed during a visit to the Alligator Capital of the World and right now, and if you’ve been curious to test it out, now is the time to do it.
During its Weekday Fall Sale, guests can purchase the Screamin’ Gator Zipline for $49.99, which is $20 less than its normal price. It is a weekday-only special and it runs through the end of October.
Flying over alligators in the marsh has to be exhilarating.
You can plan a Screamin’ Gator Zip Line during the week and then plan to attend the Gators, Ghost and Goblins over the weekend.
Halloween is HUGE all across Central Florida attractions and beyond. If you make it out to any theme park Halloween event. be sure to post a photo to our PinIt! page. There is an In The Loop channel.
Feel free to keep me in the loop through my email or reach out to me on my X or Instagram.
I’m Haley, and I’ll see you next week.
