Drum roll, please ...
Hi, friends! It’s Brenda, back in your inbox for all the Central Florida Happenings.
Sorry I’ve been MIA for a bit (more like a few months). Some changes here at the station affected me when they changed my schedule! Now that my plate has cleared up a bit and I’ve gone back to (kind of) normal, there is finally room to give me time to write this newsletter.
The last time I was with you all, we were in the middle of a HOT summer, gearing up for Halloween Horror Nights and more to come with the fall 🍂.
In the last three months (yes, it’s been three months), I’ve had a lot of adjustments, running on no sleep but getting out as much as I can. From the beach to the theme parks, I spent the end of summer enjoying what I could!
So that’s kind of where I’ve been. And you can enjoy some pics I took in the last several months at the top of this newsletter, including a recent trip to Myrtle Beach for my first taste of fall of the season (New York, I’m coming for you!!!!).
I hope you all welcome me back kindly into your inbox (if you didn’t notice I was gone, that’s cool too) 😇.
Let’s get into what’s happening, shall we? ⤵️
While most fall festivals come and go for October, these farms are keeping the party going 🎉.
County Line Family Farms in Ormond Beach extended its fall festival through next weekend.
There will be live music, hay rides, a 10-acre corn maze and more. 🌽 Corn mazes are fun! I went through my second one EVER in the last couple of weeks and it was great.

Bring the Greek back.
Greek Fest Orlando 2024 is back starting tomorrow for three days of food, dancing and more at the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church of Greater Orlando.
Honestly, I’m just drooling over the menu.
