Tonight's 37.4% full waxing crescent Moon.
A most needed sunset.
We had some pretty funky looking cloud streets move over the Stone Oak area late this afternoon.

Enjoying a peaceful night sky. The bright light in the upper left of the photo is the Moon. The smaller bright dot in the lower right is the planet Venus.
We had quite a few spectacular crepuscular rays before the storms rolled through town.
We had quite a few spectacular crepuscular rays before the storms rolled through town.
I just felt a couple of drops of rain. We'll see if it makes it here or jumps over us.
A couple of patches of blue are starting to peek through the morning mist and drizzle.
It's a wild horses in the sky sunset.
With the breeze tonight it almost feels like fall.
Sometimes you don't get the sunset clouds you want, but you do get the sunset clouds you need.
