LAKE MARY, Fla. – Mason Masterson and his lacrosse team at Lake Mary High School are poised to make a deep run into the playoffs this year.
The Rams are the reigning Class 2A state champs. And this year, the team only has one loss on the season.
Masterson is a big reason for the strong season record. The senior captain is the goalkeeper on the team and is the last line of defense.

And his career will continue here in Central Florida. Masterson committed to play collegiately at Rollins College and a successful program run by Coach Chris Lewis.
“Coach Lewis was a big part of that; he recruited me after my sophomore year,” Masterson said. “I kind of wanted to stay home. I enjoy the weather in Florida, and I want to be able to be outside all year round and not up North.”
