ORLANDO, Fla. – Orlando City beat Nashville SC 3-0 behind a brace from Facundo Torres on Saturday night at Inter&Co Stadium.
Iván Angulo got the Lions on the scoreboard first in the 10th minute before Torres added goals in the 14th and 85th minutes.

The game was Orlando’s first home match since the Leagues Cup break.

“Very happy with win and most importantly for the team. We needed a game like that, we needed a result like that, especially the hits that we took last game,” Torres said after the game. "
Orlando goalkeeper Pedro Gallese recorded this third MLS clean sheet of the season in the victory.
“I am very happy for our team and our fans in this moment of not emergency, but urgency,” Orlando coach Oscar Pareja said. “We have shared this with the players where we need to add points and try to ascent in the standings.”
