Arnold Palmer Invitational’s army of volunteers

ORLANDO, Fla. – The best players in the world bring the fans to Bay Hill, but it’s the volunteers that keep the Arnold Palmer Invitational humming.

An estimated 1,600 volunteers have come to help the patrons and players this year, from giving directions and keeping score to taking pictures and more.

Many come back year after year, giving their time partly in the memory of Arnold Palmer.

The Arnold Palmer Invitational runs through March 9 at Bay Hill Golf Club in Orlando.
