ORLANDO, Fla. – SeaWorld Orlando is in the process of reopening its iconic observation attraction, the Sky Tower.
The observation tower has been closed since March 2020 when the parks were forced to close due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The theme park confirmed to News 6 the attraction has reopened but said in a social media posting that it’s in a soft opening phase. SeaWorld said the attraction would be closed Wednesday but did not give a reason why.
Over the past several months, the Sky Tower was one of several attractions that received some enhancements.
According to SeaWorld Orlando’s website, the Sky Tower has been an icon in the theme park since it opened in 1974.

The attraction allows guests to get a 400-foot bird’s eye view of the theme park and beyond.
SeaWorld Orlando platinum, gold, and silver pass members can ride for free. Bronze members, fun card holders, and regular guests will have to pay $5 to ride.
