ORLANDO, Fla. – Universal Orlando announced the dates for its 2023 Mardi Gras: International Flavors of Carnaval.
Beginning Feb. 4, guests will get to experience a number of events including a line-up of delicious flavors, a lively parade and on select nights, live concerts by top names in music.

“The parkwide celebration will transform Universal Studios Florida into Florida’s biggest party, complete with mouthwatering cuisine inspired by Carnaval celebrations from New Orleans to Brazil to Belgium and beyond,” Universal described in a news release.
All of the events are free with park admission. Universal Orlando said more details about the event will be revealed soon.
The resort will begin its holiday festivities beginning Nov. 12.
