LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. – Just months after Disney World announced changes to its Lightning Lane program, the theme park will add another option for those willing to pay extra to skip the line.

On Oct. 30, Disney will pilot a new service providing expedited entry to attractions at its U.S. theme parks. The Lightning Lane Premier Pass will be available in very limited quantities and it’s only available for guests staying at Disney Deluxe Resorts, Disney Deluxe Villa Resorts, and other select hotels during the rollout.

Lightning Lane Premier Pass gives you a one-time entry to each available Lightning Lane entrance in one park for one day.

All attractions and experiences are subject to availability.

How much do Lightning Lane Premier Passes cost?

Just like with a regular park admission ticket, prices for Lightning Lane Premier Passes vary by date and theme park.

At launch, prices will range from $129 to $449 (per pass, plus tax), with the highest prices falling on a limited number of days over peak travel periods.

Lightning Lane Premier Passes per person, per day:

  • Disney’s Animal Kingdom: $129-$199 plus tax
  • EPCOT: $169-$249 plus tax
  • Disney’s Hollywood Studios: $269-$349 plus tax
  • Magic Kingdom: $329-$449 plus tax

Guests can purchase a Lightning Lane Premier Pass through the My Disney Experience app, find “Lightning Lane Premier Pass” on the home screen and then tap “Purchase.” That’s where guests will also have access to view and modify the pass.

Lightning Lane Premier Perks

Lightning Lane Premier Pass differs from Lightning Lane Multi Pass and Lightning Lane Single Pass in the following ways:

  • With a Lightning Lane Premier Pass, guests won’t have to choose arrival windows for Lightning Lane attractions and experiences. For other Lightning Lane passes, guests must choose an arrival window for each Lightning Lane experience.
  • Guests can enter each Lightning Lane experience in one park for one day. This includes Lightning Lane Multi Pass experiences and Lightning Lane Single Pass experiences in that park.

In order to purchase Lightning Lane Premier or any Lightning Lane pass, you must have valid park admission.

The Lightning Lane Premier Pass rollout comes roughly two months before Disney’s ticket price hike. The average price for a single-day admission ticket in 2025 has increased by $10 per person, with ticket prices varying based on the date picked.
