After Sunday’s SpaceX Axiom Mission 2 launch, the Falcon 9 booster successfully returned and landed on Landing Zone 1 at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, creating a sonic boom heard along the Space Coast.

Axiom-2 is set to light up the sky over the Space Coast Sunday afternoon as a second group of private astronauts kick off a science mission to the International Space Station, according to News 6 partner Florida Today.

The four crew members for Axiom Mission 2 are excited for this week’s planned launch.

The next all-private crew mission for Axiom Space is expected next month.
