The sentencing phase for Deborah St. Charles was scheduled for Monday morning but had to be rescheduled after the judge became sick, courthouse officials said. A new date for St. Charles’ sentencing has not been determined. "I understand from my negligence, but I never did something like this on purpose," St. Charles said. Orlando Police said she left three-year-old Myles Hill alone in a van outside of the Little Miracles Academy for more than 12 hours.
