Two psychologists have found a homeless man accused of fatally stabbing a Florida teenager competent to stand trial.

Semmie Lee Williams Jr. was arrested Wednesday and was taken into custody in Miami on a first-degree murder charge for the killing of Ryan Rogers, 14.

Police have made an arrest in the case of a 14-year-old boy whose body was found alongside an Interstate 95 overpass in Palm Beach County a day after he was reported missing.
