Port officials said it is most likely the beginning of the restart will feature one ship per cruise line and each ship will operate at 50% capacity. Anello told investigators he believed the window was closed and that Wiegand slipped from his hands. Anello’s attorneys say he will not serve any prison time but will serve probation.

The Indiana parents of a toddler who plunged through an open widow on a cruise ship in Puerto Rico have filed a lawsuit against Royal Caribbean Cruises.
