A 50-year-old Kissimmee man driving a 2011 Ford SUV was unable to avoid the man and ran him over, troopers said.
The victim, who was not wearing a seat belt, was pronounced dead at the scene, according to an FHP crash report.
The FHP said if any other drivers think they may have run over the man, they should call 407-737-2213.
