ORLANDO, Fla. – A semitrailer crashed and rolled over Wednesday morning on State Road 528 in Orange County, spilling wood onto the roadway near State Road 417, officials said.
The crash happened around 9:55 a.m. on S.R. 528 east, just east of S.R. 417. Eastbound S.R. 528 is closed in the area.

The Florida Highway Patrol said the semi-truck hauling sheets of plywood was traveling east on the S.R. 528 entrance ramp when the driver, a 42-year-old man, failed to negotiate the curve and lost control.
Troopers said the Orlando man was not transported to the hospital and remained on scene as they investigated the crash.
As of 11:47 a.m., only one lane was open as troopers cleaned up the road.
