ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – A fatal crash in Orlando snarled traffic early Wednesday on the Beachline.
Police responded around 3 a.m. to westbound State Road 528 at the Goldenrod exit (mile marker 12), where an off ramp was closed and a right lane was blocked as the crash was investigated.
A driver was pronounced dead at the scene by Orlando firefighters, police said.
Westbound delays on the Beachline near Orlando International Airport stretched past State Road 417.
The crash was reportedly cleared shortly after 7 a.m., according to FL 511.
