ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – A 32-year-old man was killed in a crash on Sunday afternoon after he ran a stop sign and crashed into a wall, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
Troopers said the deadly crash happened at Central Florida Parkway and Rocket Boulevard around 12:03 p.m.

According to a crash report – a Freightliner semi cab being driven by a Lauderdale Lakes man – was traveling west on Central Florida Parkway, approaching Rocket Boulevard.

Troopers said the driver ran a stop sign at the intersection and ran off of the road “in a westerly direction,” causing the front of the vehicle to collide with a support sign and a fence.
According to the report, the vehicle continued to travel west and crashed into a wall.
The driver was pronounced dead at the scene.
The crash remains under investigation.
