‘Will Run:’ Video shows Florida motorcyclist weaving through I-4 traffic at 145 mph

Volusia sheriff says suspect taunted police as he fled in several cities

VOLUSIA COUNTY, Fla. – The owner of a motorcycle tag that read “Will Run” was arrested Tuesday night after “fleeing recklessly on his motorcycle at speeds of 145 mph” on Interstate 4 in Florida, according to deputies.

The Volusia County Sheriff’s Office said Ashtin Jarvis, 19, taunted and fled from police in several Volusia County cities, as well as Volusia County sheriff’s deputies.

In a Facebook post, the sheriff’s office said it called in Air One, which tracked the motorcycle from the air, instead of having law enforcement pursue Jarvis from the ground.

Video released by the sheriff’s office shows the helicopter following the motorcyclist as they ran a red light at an intersection on International Speedway Boulevard in Daytona Beach, then sped through traffic, running red lights and getting on I-4.
