ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – Having a relationship with Orange County Animal Services might be the best thing that has happened to me since starting my news career.
Yes, we get to talk about a lot of amazing traffic safety educational moments, but when I get to bring to you an animal that needs a home — and we find a home — that takes the cake.
Earlier this week I received an email from Orange County Animal Services about something that has never been done before. The volunteers here at the center decided to name a dog after me. If you know the volunteers at any animal center or shelter, you know these dogs mean the world to them, and this means the world to me.
Let’s find “Trooper Steve” the dog a home.
