APOPKA, Fla. – A crash involving a big rig forced southbound lanes to shut down on State Road 429 in Apopka early Thursday.
Troopers were dispatched around 6 a.m. to the area of mile marker 29, south of Maitland Boulevard. All lanes had been reopened at the time of this report.

According to Trooper Steve, drivers still wishing to avoid the scene can exit southbound S.R. 429 at State Road 414 and exit at Clarcona Road to detour themselves.
