ORLANDO, Fla. – We’re bringing you a special live interview Wednesday inside Results-1, highlighting an organization that is near and dear to my heart — the Keri Anne DeMott Foundation. This grassroots organization has made it their mission to save lives through education, advocacy and community involvement.
The foundation was created in honor of Keri Anne DeMott, who tragically lost her life on Oct. 10, 2015, at just 20 years old. Keri was hit head-on and killed by a multiple DUI offender while driving home. Her family, instead of letting this tragedy define them, transformed their grief into action and hope, creating a legacy that continues to impact countless lives.
For years, we’ve heard from Keri Anne’s parents, Bill and Lacey DeMott, who have passionately shared her story and advocated for change. Today, we are shifting the spotlight to two other powerful voices in this mission: Keri Anne’s brother, Billy DeMott, and Lily, a dedicated member of the Foundation’s Youth Advisory Board.
In this live interview, we’ll hear why it’s important for Billy and Lily to carry on this mission and what motivates them to remain involved. They’ll also share details about the foundation’s upcoming Dinner Banquet here in Orlando, and how you can join them in supporting their cause.
Don’t miss this heartfelt conversation — check back for the full video at the top of this story.
Together, we can honor Keri Anne’s memory and support the DeMott family’s mission to create a safer, more informed community.
