Orlando the latest government to opt out of Florida Live Local Act

The Orlando City Council voted to opt out of a Florida law that is supposed to lead to more affordable housing. But cities say while the Live Local Act gives tax breaks to entice developers to build affordable housing, it does almost nothing to bring down the cost of rent.
