UPDATE: Drone helps rescue woman who fell 50 feet from I-4 into St. Johns River

A dangerous situation on I-4 near Sanford ended with a woman falling 50 feet off a bridge and into the St. John’s River. Firefighters say she was rescued with the help of a drone.
