Woman accused in Volusia hit-and-run jumped out of truck to cover license plate with paper, deputies say

A 37-year-old woman is accused of hitting a 16-year-old boy, jumping out of a pickup truck to cover her license plate and fleeing from the wreck in Volusia County, according to deputies.
