ORLANDO, Fla. – The northerly wind continues to push even colder air into Central Florida.
While there was plenty of sunshine today, highs stayed below average in the mid-to-upper 50s to 60 degrees.
Heading into tonight, temperatures fall quickly under clear skies! Be sure to bundle up and overnight and those who work outside are urged to wear layers.

Lows will range from the low 30s in Marion county to the mid 30s just to the north of Orlando. Orlando’s overnight low will tumble to 37 degrees while the Brevard County coast stays in the low 40s.
Wind chill advisories kick in for all of Central Florida at 11 p.m. on Saturday.
Feels like temperatures will be frigid in the 20s and 30s with the northerly wind around 10 mph. The advisory will expire Sunday at 9 a.m.
Freeze warnings have been expanded to inland Flagler County along with Marion and Sumter counties.
The freeze warning will begin at 1 a.m. through 9 a.m. Sunday. Remember to bring in pets as well as cold-sensitive plants if you don’t plan on covering them.
For these reasons, Sunday morning is a Weather Alert day.
By the afternoon, highs rebound to the mid-to-upper 50s to low 60s with a good amount of sunshine. The breezy northeast wind will gust near 20 mph especially along the coast. More clouds develop along the coast and spread inland later in the day. There could be a sprinkle or two of light rain along the coastline, but most remain dry.
A warmup is expected early in the week. Highs will be nearing 70 on Monday and then the low 80s by midweek.
