Cold front coming to Central Florida. Here’s the timing

Many areas will be waking up to 50s and 60s around midweek

ORLANDO, Fla. – Central Florida is experiencing a wave of dry air, leading to lower humidity levels and keeping rain chances between 10-20% for the weekend. Perfect weather for outdoor plans!

Expect afternoon highs in the lower-to-mid 80s, making it a pleasant day to enjoy the sunshine.

Heads up for beachgoers! A high rip current risk and high surf advisory are in effect for Saturday. Be cautious of dangerous breaking waves ranging from 5-8 feet. Small craft advisories are also in place.

Next week promises mostly dry conditions. A potent cold front is expected to sweep through on Wednesday, ushering in cooler and drier air.

Thursday morning temperatures are forecasted to dip into the lower-to-mid 50s in northern counties, while southern areas will see lows in the 60s.
