ORLANDO, Fla. – If you’re from South Florida, you’ve likely heard about the world-famous cinnamon rolls at Knaus Berry Farm.
The sticky and gooey sweet rolls are only available select times of the year during the seasonal operation of the famous strawberry farm in Homestead.

According to WPLG, Knaus Berry Farm, founded in 1956 by brothers Russell and Ray Knaus, began as a strawberry farm and became known for its famous strawberry milkshake. While it’s still a fully-functioning strawberry and produce farm, the cinnamon rolls are why South Floridians and tourists alike wait up to three hours in line in the sun.

Fans of the cinnamon rolls living in Central Florida now have the chance to indulge in the sweet treats for a limited time. The Salty Donut in Orlando is collaborating with the farm to bring two mind-blowing treats for people to try.
Mini Salted Caramel Sticky Bun:
- The famous “original” sticky bun donut that’s made all the headlines! We take Knaus Berry Farms Sticky Buns and wrap them into our signature 24-hour brioche dough and brush them with brown sugar before glazing it in a homemade salted caramel glaze, topped off with a maple brioche crunch.
Mini Cinnamon Roll:
- The new twist on our sticky bun collaboration! We take Knaus Berry Farms Sticky Buns and wrap them into our signature 24-hour brioche dough and dip them into a cream cheese cinnamon roll glaze, topping them off with homemade coffee cake crumbs.
The Salty Donut said this is first year ever that the sticky bun donut will be made into mini versions.
Each donut costs $4.95.
The bun duo is available in store until April 3.
The donuts can be purchased in store, through online pre-orders and Uber Eats delivery.
